What does $50/month actually cover?+
Everything. There's one plan. Unlimited searches, unlimited eBay accounts, every feature, real support. No usage limits, no add-ons, no seats-based math.
Do you take a cut of my purchases?+
No. CritFlip is subscription-only. Items you buy through the in-app checkout flow go through eBay on your own eBay account — your purchase price is exactly what you'd pay going to eBay directly. We may earn an eBay Partner Network referral commission from eBay (not from you) on those purchases; see the affiliate disclosure.
What happens after the 30-day trial?+
Your access pauses until you choose to subscribe. We don't auto-charge a card we never asked for. If you decide to subscribe, the first month renews 30 days after you provide payment details.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime, from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing month — you keep access until that date. No retention call, no friction.
Is there a refund window?+
We don't auto-refund unused time within a billing period, but if you think you were charged in error, email support@critflip.app within 30 days and we'll work it out in good faith.
